Rates & Insurance
Rates:
- Session Fee: $160
- Sliding Fee Scale Slots When Available.
Insurance:
- I am in network with Anthem. I offer a Superbill for those whom I am out of network. Many clients are able to get a partial reimbursement for services. I recommend to check your benefits with your insurance provider. These are some helpful questions to ask:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Please note the cancellation policy. Please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no shows will incur the full session fee. Insurance will not cover late cancellations and no shows.
